Our Inner Child!

Hi,

I hope everyone had a nice weekend. Mine was good, caught up on some much-needed sleep. Anyway I also had a chance to start listening to Mabel Katz and Dr. Hew Len’s July 15, 2008 conference call.

The quality of the recording isn’t that great, but if you can get past that, they offer some very good information. I’m actually surprised it hasn’t been captured anywhere else yet.

I’m really surprised that this topic isn’t covered in Joe Vitale’s book Zero Limits, or Mabel Katz book, The Easiest Way.

I’m referring to the Inner Child. In this conference call Dr. Hew Len, goes into very detailed account of how we should be interacting with our inner child.

Basically our Inner Child is our subconscious, it has millions upon millions of memories playing, and our inner child is responsible for helping us breath automatically. Dr. Hew Len suggests that if we love, and interact with our inner child, we can get it to clean for us when we aren’t cleaning. You can get your child to clean when you aren't cleaning, and if your child does this automatically, you won't get stuck in memories, even when you forget to clean!

Basically, you know that inner voice you hear in your head, the one with negative thoughts, or positive thoughts, that’s your inner child. You need to acknowledge it and love it.

A sample of what you might say to your inner child is:
I acknowledge you inner child, I love you, and I am thankful to you. Now whatever memories that are going on inside us that involves financial matters, please let them go. Let go of whatever memories are inside us that are about poverty, or financial problems. These memories are bringing us further away from God and Zero. When I say I love you, thank you, I’m sorry, these are cleaning tools. By saying I love you, thank you, I’m sorry, we are going to let go of the problem so that God can erase it. We need to let it go so we can be at zero. Being at zero we are already rich because God provides everything for us. So please let’s just let go of these memories. I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you!

Your inner child wants to help you clean, but might not understand what you want from it. By talking and interacting with your inner child, you are helping it, to understand what you want. Remember you need to be clear and gentle when talking to your inner child.

Dr. Hew Len says before he starts his day, every morning he sits on the floor and has a discussion with his inner child. It’s important to have your inner child know what you expect and to help you clean. Explain ho’oponopono to your subconscious.

Well since learning this, I’ve been talking to my inner child. I think this is a great step in taking 100% responsibility. I can’t wait to get my inner child to help me clean.

Again I’m surprised that no one has really discussed this much, it took me a few teleconferences to find this information, but it was worth the $75.00 I spent.

Good luck! And remember to love and care for your inner child.

Peace begins with me!

Hi T,

Thanks for your blog today. Glad you enjoyed the part in the teleseminar about care of the inner child. Dr. Hew Len also discusses this extensively at Foundation of I (www.hooponopono.org) seminars, which are definitely worth attending. In fact, going through all that material is a step in educating our inner child about cleaning. Thanks again for your insights.

Best wishes,
Pam

Hi Pam

As always thanks for your comment. I have based my blog on resources that are available online. Not everyone can afford to attend the seminars, or they aren't in cities near people. So my blog provides information you can find on the web, or in print. Someday I would like to go to the seminar, but until I do, I will share what I discover with everyone. Thanks as always for your comments. I suppose I should clean on my not being able to afford to attend a seminar, I am hoping next year, it'll feel right. But I agree, the source in person is probably the best source to get your facts from. :)

Thanks
T

Hi
I hope I didn't let the cat out of the bag telling everyone about the inner child. I'm getting the impression that this is covered on the in-person seminar that Dr. Hew Len and Mabel Katz put on. They also make you sign a confidentiality agreement not to share anything...but I guess since I haven't taken the seminar...I think it's okay for me to share this.

I hope I've done the right thing.

Peace begins with me!

T, I was referring only to your comment that "no one has really discussed this [inner child material] much" -- not about letting cats out of bags. :-)

Be well and blog on,
Pam
