Ho'oponopono Resources

Hi

I have been mostly writting my blog to document my journey along into the world of ho'oponopono and whether I agree with it, and if it works for me. But since I've created this blog, I've gotten feedback that people are reading and using this for a resource to learn ho'oponopono. That's great, but I don't pretend to know all the facts. I am new to this, I've been studying it since December, so by no means am I an expert. But I'm going to give a list of resources that you can check out to help further you on in your journey.

First link I recommend is the POI forum. This is an unbias forum, that's fairly new, so they are looking for people to join. But it's a great place to start, if you have questions or what not. http://www.thehooponoponoforum.com/

Next, is a larger ho'oponopono forum. This one is a bit more bias, where they only go with Joe Vitale, and Dr. Hew Len's views. Also it's regulated, so if they don't like your posts, they remove them. But it's a great source to read on what's worked for other people. This forum has a larger collection of ho'oponopono resources. http://foraword.powerfulintentions.com//forum/hooponopono

Than there is the actual website that has founded Self identity ho'oponopono. I recommend reading all the articles on the site, so you have an idea of what's going on. http://hooponopono.org/

Second last I recommend getting Zero Limits by Joe Vitale. This is a great book which offers information on how he does ho'oponopono get a copy here. Zero Limits started my journey of ho'oponopono. I think it's a great book because he goes into detail about how strange ho'oponopono can be, and he uses examples of how it changed him.

And lastly I recommend Mabel Katz's book The Easiest Way get your copy here.
One thing to note, her book is very vague and only touches on the cleaning methods. So if you're looking for detail, I doubt you will find it.

These are great tools to get your started on your journey. Ho'oponopono is something that you deal with yourself, inside you. So if you don't have money to go to the seminar where Dr. Hew Len teaches ho'oponopono, don't worry. By reading and learning all there is to know about ho'oponopono, you are already practicing. Life is about love, forgiveness, and cleaning all memories inside you. Just remember to clean, and you are allowing God to speak to you or inspire you.

I love you, and good luck!

Thanks for reading!

I am always touched when I get emails and messages from people that have been changed by ho'oponopono. I love reading about success stories. Feel free to leave comments on my blog about how things have happened or changed you.

By getting feedback, I know I am helping to spread the word, and to talk about my own experiences. Life is about love, not hardships.

I am stoked myself about the prospect of being a homeowner soon. This is something I have wanted for almost 30 years (I'm 29). I really owe it all to ho'oponopono. Every night before I go to bed, I tap on my list with an eraser and just clean. My list consists of all the problem areas in my life:

1. Money
2. A house
3. My spouse
4. To be more loving
5. My feelings about God
6. Whatever is going on with work

I take each point and tap on it and say, "Whatever that is going on inside of me to create these problems masking as (eg. money), I erase you, and transmute me back to zero state. I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you." Than I go "I love you," over and over, till I feel a shift in my energy or a sense of peace. I go through this list at least once a day, before bed. I spend maybe two to five minutes on each point.

When I am not cleaning on the list, I put an eraser over it, to continually clean while I am away. And than throughout the day, I just try to remember to clean. I set up Microsoft Outlook email with a reminder, that comes on once an hour reminding me to clean. "I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you..."

Ho'oponopono is a great tool, I just have to remember to always use it.

Well good luck, hope this helps you, and feel free to comment on my posts about what you agree with, or what you don't.

I love you

Looking Back

Like I said before, last week was a week of struggles and hardship. This week is going a lot better. I just need to remember to constantly clean and allow God to take control of my life. No more me deciding things.

Like for example, we are in limbo right now, as to whether to stay working in Mississauga, or move to Sudbury, Ontario. I've applied for jobs in both areas, but it's up to God, or the Divine on where I should go. Also lately the housing has been dropping in price here in the GTA. It's almost to the point where I can afford to buy a house. Which is good for me! I can buy a house low, sit on it, and than when I sell it turn a profit.

But the point is, that I need to just allow God to speak to me through inspiration, and to just stop fighting him. Every time I am given an obstacle, I can either tackle it on my own, or clean and clear myself and let God take care of it for me. I know it's hard to give up control, but when you do, you are delighted.

The other great thing, is the Canadian Revenue Agency. The company I work for (I'm an accountant) was audited for the GST refund that I calculated. Well I have been super worried about this for awhile. The lady came out, and we hit it off. While she was here working on our papers I just kept repeating, "I'm sorry, I love you," over and over. Yesterday she called to say that she agreed with my findings! Yes!

Ho'oponopono is a great tool if you can remember to use it, and to tell it's working, always look back on your life. When it seems things are happening, and everything is smooth sailing, that's ho'oponopono working for you. That's not you being lucky, that's God. So ever now and than, when things are tough, or you don't think it's working, look back on how fortunate you've been.

Okay, well that's my two cents for the day.

I love you

Remembering to Clean and Clear your thoughts

This past week, has been hard. First off, I've been up and down with how I feel about ho'oponopono, I mean should I be doing it? Is it wrong? But how can saying "I love you," be wrong. If anything I think it's making me a nicer person.

We've moved into our new apartment, and the people above us our super loud, so I've been saying "I love you," to the people upstairs, because it's obvious that something inside of me is creating this memory. But this past week, I decided to take action as well. I kind of let go of ho'oponopono and decided to live myself, without God's help. Stupid!

Well sure enough I complained to management about the people upstairs, and in the end, management threatened my fiancee, and has made my living conditions even worse. Fun. So now we are talking to the head office people, as threats and harassment shouldn't be tolerated. But that's what you get for not leaving it in God's hands.

Whenever we act on our own, we are telling God that we can handle it. That means we are out of his protection, and his blessing and on our own. Well I think we've made it worse. Now we'll have to move again, as we no longer trust the management here.

Ho'oponopono is a great powerful tool, only if you remember to use it. Only if it's a life changing attitude, and you adopt it and choose to use it for the rest of your life. It's not something you do for only a few weeks, or a month, but you have to always remember to do it. Life isn't about you, it's about love and God. I keep fighting this, but really I need to just let go and let God show me the way.

Ho'oponopono is a great tool, as long as you know that you are 100% responsible always. Not just half the time, some of the time, but all the time. Hopefully I will remember that and I won't get myself into trouble by trying to live life myself.

I hope my blogs have been helpful and you learn from my mistakes.

A positive note, my sister had her baby, he's a strapping 5lbs 9 ounces bundle of love. She had him 5 weeks early, but he is A-okay. So I guess life throws you ups and downs, you just have to always be cleaning and feeling the love.

I love you

My latest Hooponopono Miracle

This weekend had it's ups and downs. First, I did get into a fight with my spouse, and I didn't keep my temper. It was a full - blown fight. But oddly enough, in the middle of it, I just felt calm. I didn't want to fight anymore and just listened to what he had to say. I also recognize this fight came from inside me. Something inside me caused it.

The great thing that happened was on Friday night. I was looking for more books or articles to read on ho'oponopono (since there aren't a lot, I pretty much exhausted everything I could find), when all of a sudden an alarm clock went off. It was 10:30pm and I have a digital alarm clock, but the ringing I heard was from a wind-up.

We have just moved into our place, so their are boxes everywhere. The alarm that was going off, was in one of the boxes. I frantically dug into the box to find the alarm, funny thing, it's a wind-up alarm clock. Why had it gone off and no one had winded it?

Throwing the alarm clock to the side, I searched the boxes for a clue as to why God, or the Divine wanted me to search this box. Inside where books like the Power of Living, Angels, Angels watching over us, etc. I looked at these books in amazement. I even opened the Power of Living and read the first few pages. Funny thing, it echoed Ho'oponopono's method's of just letting go and letting God. The book also says to pray to Jesus, and allow Jesus to rule your life. It states how problems happen when you turn away from Jesus and try to run your own life...hmmm...very similar to ho'oponopono!

So here are my thoughts, I think that Ho'oponopono is great, but I also think it's one of many practices to get you closer to God. I think Ho'oponopono does help clear us so we can hear God and he'll speak to us through a variety of means. Mine being, an alarm clock.

I just need to remember to read the bible more, pray more, and to always be cleaning.

I love you!

Zero Limits & Hooponopono

Hi

Okay, I am having a much better day today. I still have memories causing reactions in me, but I am starting to recognize it. Now I just say to my subconscious, "Whatever is inside of me that is creating these memories, erase them and transmute me back to zero state. I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you." I also learnt a new tool from someone who practices hooponopono more often than me. She recommends seeing the problem as a mask of the memories lying beneath.

So for me fighting about my family, my family is the mask of the memories. So she recommends saying, "Please erase this mask of memories of my family. I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you."

To be honest, there are so many ways to do self identity hooponopono, I think it's just up to the individual and what feels right with them.

Since I do want more knowledge, I have decided to read Zero Limits, again just to get whatever facts I missed the first time. I also am finding that it makes more sense the second time around.

I've been practicing hooponopono for almost two months, and during this time, good things do happen more frequently than bad things. That's because my subconscious is being cleaned allowing God to send me inspiration. Also it is amazing the directions your life takes. You might want to go a certain way, but you let go and God takes you somewhere you never even thought of.

So until next time, I love you. Remember you are 100% responsible for your life and all your problems, clean, and clear your memories.

A hard day even with Hooponopono

Hello

I'm back. Okay yesterday was like a bed of roses compared to today. If ever there was a day to clean, it's today.

I woke up, had a great morning, went for the usual run with my dog, than I came home, and all of a sudden my spouse-to-be, and I got in a fight. It's the usual fight, my family versus his family and which family is more important. And to be honest, I lost myself in the fight.

I went to work, and I'm still kind of upset about it, but now I realize that something inside of me is causing this tension, this problem. Some memory that is re-playing over and over is causing this fight. I need to clean on this. So whatever is going on inside me that is causing this, I'm sorry, please forgive me, and help me return to the zero state. I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you.

Now I just need to remember to do this all day, and hopefully when I come home, everything will be clean and happy and full of love.

So my lesson is this, I can preach about ho'oponopono all I want, but unless I am always cleaning, I am going to get caught up in the memories. I am going to get caught up in whatever problem or event is going on. When really my battle shouldn't be with my spouse, but it should be inside me, cleaning.

Thank you for allowing me to wake up and realize that instead of arguing back, I just need to repeat, "I'm sorry, please forgive me, I love you and thank you."

Even Dr. Hew Len slips up, I guess we all have a moment in life where we can choose to be at peace, or choose to resist God or the Divine. I guess that was me this morning.

Thank you for the clarity.
I love you

Hooponopono changes for the better!

Hi, I had a pleasant weekend. Sure I may have spent the weekend moving, but it was the most unstressful move I've ever had.

First, we actually had people offer to help us to move! Wow. Usually when it's time to move you find out who your real friends are. Most people hide or pretend they forgot the date you're moving. This time we had my parents offer and they helped us move two days in a row.

So we moved in record time, and I love my new place. We have new carpets and appliances, and I've only been there three nights, but it feels like home already. I'm excited.

I think the move was a lot easier because I have been practicing hooponopono. Whenver I did feel stressed or short tempered, hooponopono helped. And I am sure that is why my mom and stepfather offered to help us move, the first time ever! It was hooponopono.

Well my second chapter in my life is starting. Good things are happening, we are either going to go to Sudbury, or stay here depending on what God wants for us.

In the meantime I drink lots of blue water, hot chocolate, strawberries, and blueberries, and clean as much as I can remember.

But saying "I love you," even to physical objects really does help. We had a new heater that was starting to go, and I said, "I love you," to it a few times. In five minutes, it works as good as new. Time and time again, whenever I test hooponopono, it comes through. It's not always easy to remember to do, but when you do, the results are worth it.

Happy erasing! I love you!

Hooponopono Prayer Beads or Malas - A great way to clean!

Recently on http://www.thehooponoponoforum.com/ the POI forum, I read that people are now using prayer beads or Mala's to do Ho'oponopono with. I think this is a great idea. I've seen some people sell them, for outrageous prices. I'm offering ho'oponopono prayer beads, all uniquely made.

Attached is a picture, if interested they cost $25.00 USD dollars and $10.00 for shipping. So you're looking at $35.00 altogether, not bad at all. If you are interested, use the buy now button located on the side of this blog. I only accept payment through http://www.paypal.com/ at this time. I can give you the colors, and the different materials that the beads are made out of. Great quality, affordable pricing, and a great way to remember to clean!

How you use the mala beads are, whenever you're sitting in your car, or waiting around, go through each bead as part of the mantra. Example, one bead, "I'm sorry," another bead, "I love you," another bead, "please forgive me" another bead, "thank you." It's a great tool to remind you to clean, and people claim to have great results. You can wear them everyday, and than when you have a free second, take them off and clean with them. The beads are a great hooponopono cleaning tool.

I think the beads are a great ho'oponopono product, anything that helps us remember to erase our memories is a good thing.

So if you're interested, buy now, and I'll ship some beads out to you. I would soon like to have a page dedicated to the beads with pictures, so you can just click on the hooponopono prayer bead that you want to have, and it's on route to you. Until then, use the button and I'll send you pictures of what I have. Many colors, different styles, great hooponopono erasing benefits! Until next time....

I love you

Peace be with you.

Inspired? Take Action with Hooponopono!

Ho'oponopono through self identity, teaches us to reach for the moment. Once you are clear you are open to inspiration from God (or Divine, I prefer God). God sends you messages and it's up to you (your intellect) to decide if you will take action.

Tonight Don, my other half, received inspiration. He showed me his idea, and I am really pumped. My heart is racing, I know things in our life are greatly going to change for the better.

Ho'oponopono helps clear your mind so that you can receive God's message. If we don't clear our subconscious we are always reacting to memories replaying. We are reacting instead of acting, we are making a choice to stand on our own and refuse God's message.

Joe Vitale states in his book, that when inspiration hits you, you need to act right away. Go with your heart. If you hum and haw over it, and have doubts, you are making the decision that you know better than God. Well I know I don't. So I'm trying to keep clear.

Lately I've written a list with points of my life I want to change. I tap the list with an eraser and say "Whatever I am doing inside me that is causing this, I'm sorry, please forgive me, and help me let go." Than I repeat "I love you, I love you, I love you," over and over. I do this for each of the items on my list. This takes about five minutes of my time.

Throughout the day I try to remember to erase memories by repeating "I love you, I love you, I love you." I've even noticed when I've gotten into on argument with someone, to cool down I'll repeat, "I love you, I love you." Even if you don't mean it, eventually repeating those words will bring you peace.

So my message is this, the Universe, God, the Divine (whatever you believe is the higher power), is always sending us messages. We can act on these, or resist them. Follow your heart and you should know what signs are from God.

I love you

An interview with Dr. Hew Len about Hooponopono

Peace Begins With Me

Dr Len points out that we always need to remember the very old saying: “Peace begins with me.” He says that if there is to be peace on earth; it needs to begin individually with each one of us.

Dr Len says that Ho’oponopono is about looking within ourselves for debts, errors or blocks in our subconscious mind that replay as problems, judgments, putdowns and all kinds of other problems.

The Blocks Are Within
Dr Len says that Ho’oponopono is about saying to The Divine within us (The Self): “I am sorry, please forgive me for whatever is going on in me, that I experience the world in me this way”.

Taking 100% Responsibility
Dr Len says that when we are willing to take 100% responsibility for whatever we experience in our life, we can then go onto the next step where we say “I am sorry, and not only am I sorry, but please forgive me for what ever is going on in me that caused this”.
By saying sorry and taking 100% responsibility for whatever is going on in our lives, we are in essence saying to The Divine “I am 100% responsible, the problem is within me, and I would like You to convert whatever that memory, debt, block, error or problem is to nothing.”
And when The Divinity converts the block or memory to nothing, we return back to our original state, which is Zero or clarity.
Dr Len says that only when we have clarity, can The Divinity provide us with insight, inspiration and whatever is perfect for us.

Dr Len Watches Himself
Dr Len says that as he experiences whatever comes in to his life, he gets back to his Ho’oponopono cleaning, because he knows that “Peace begins with me”.
Dr Len says that he is willing to be 100% responsible for whatever he experiences in his life, and he makes the point that as he experiences woes and problems in his life, he constantly reminds himself that the source that caused it is within him.

Dr Len Is Working Moment To Moment With Divinity
Dr Len points out that therapists that take 100% responsibility for what they see in their clients and include “I am sorry” and “I love You” as part of their work with patients feel less burned out, and are much more effective because “Peace begins with me”.

The Problem Is Within Us
Dr Len says that as we are willing to be 100% responsible for whatever we experience in our lives, we shift our perception of the world, and that causes the world to change.
We have to take 100% responsibility for the problem within us.
Dr Len says that we all keep looking outside of ourselves for how we can solve the world’s problems, but that doesn’t work.

Working On Others Is Not Our Job
Dr Len points out that he was trained as an educator from 1964 to 1982 to help handicapped and developmentally disabled children, but then over twenty years later, he learned that that is not his job.

Change The Way We Perceive Other People
Dr Len then learned that his job is to help himself by letting go of how he perceived handicapped children.
As he changed the way that he perceived handicapped children (quite like how he changed the way he perceived the mentally criminally insane patients at the Hawaii State Hospital in the late 80’s) they changed.

Dr Len points out that it is most important to look at our own world first, and if we are willing to do that, our impact on the whole Cosmos will be enormous.
He went on to stress that most people think they are here to help other people and bring peace to the world, but that we are only here to bring peace to ourselves, because by bringing peace to ourselves, we bring peace to the world (and not the other way round).

Dr Len says that the only thing that works is if we look within ourselves and clear up the “stuff” in us. He points out that as he does this, he notices that people get well and are able to start taking responsibility for themselves.

Shakespeare’s Profound Insight
According to Dr Len, the person who had the most profound insight into the human condition was Shakespeare. Shakespeare points out over and over in all of his Sonnets that the woes that we experience now are the woes that we have experienced before.

The Change First Has To Happen In Us
Dr Len says that when we see the woe in a judgmental way, it means that it is already in us, but if we let go of if and do our Ho’oponopono cleaning by saying “I’m sorry for whatever is going on in me that I perceive the woe a certain way”, only then does it change.
But the change has to take place in us first.

Incessant Ho’oponopono Cleaning
Dr Len says that cleaning memories from our subconscious mind takes incessant moment by moment Ho’oponopono cleaning.
Experience People The Way The Divine Created Them
Dr Len points out that we never experience things correctly, but we always experience our reaction to them. Dr Len knows that when he meets people, he does not experience them the way The Divine created them, so he continuously cleans by saying to The Divine “I am sorry for what ever is going on in me that I do not experience people the way You created them, please forgive me”.
By doing this, Dr Len is asking The Divinity to cancel what is in him, that causes him to react to people, and not see them as they truly are – Divine Beings.
Dr Len says that once we let go of the dictate of memories by doing the Ho’oponopono cleaning, the memories stop playing, and not only the memories we hear playing, but many other memories simultaneously playing, but we are unaware of.

He says that when we do Ho’oponopono, we are asking The Divine to remove the faults from our Soul and subconscious mind so that we can see people being perfect, the way The Divine created them, and when we respond to them, they will respond as being perfect.
Dr Len went on to say that if we want to see people without problems, we need to get rid of our own problems first.

Dr Len says that Ho’oponopono is only about working on yourself and looking at the data and info in your personal subconscious mind that causes burdens and should be removed.

Anger Is A Memory Replaying
Dr Len says that when people are angry, it is not the person who is angry, but it is a memory replaying anger.
He said that if we know this and keep it mind, we can change the data.
The Ho’oponopono we do is not changing the other person, because that person is perfect, but what is imperfect is the data, and we have to ask The Divinity to convert that data to zero.

100% Responsibility For Whatever We Are Experiencing
Dr Len says that when we are doing Ho’oponopono, we are clearly stating to The Divine “I am 100% responsible for what I am experiencing, and I am experiencing suffering in the form of judgment or whatever. Something is going on in me (some data or memory) and it is dictating this experience, and I would like to be 100% responsible for it. I am sorry for that.”
He went on to say that the conscious mind does not take responsibly, and resorts to blame.

Erasing Memories Replaying In The Subconscious Mind
Dr Len says that as humans, we have “stuff” going on that we can’t help because of the memories replaying in our subconscious mind, and these blocks prevent us from experiencing
The Divine.
Ho’oponopono is about erasing those memories that keep us from absolutely truly living and not being constrained by fear and how we feel.
Ho’oponopono is about working on whatever is going on in us that we are not able (generation after generation) to move through to a point where we can experience The Divine.

Avoid Trying To Figure Out What Is Going On
Dr Len say that Ho’oponopono is about giving up those things in us that keep us stuck and constrained, and that we have no idea of what those things even are.
He says that we don’t know what we don’t know, so he tries not to figure out what is going on in his life, or with the people that he consults with, but that all times, he only does his Ho’oponopono cleaning on himself.

Dr Len points out that as he does his personal Ho’oponopono cleaning, he notices that people are able to work through their problems, and often they say to him that they would also like to learn how to do Ho’oponopono themselves.

Who Are We?
Dr Len says that we can be our own therapist/guru/healer, and that all we have to do is answer a couple of questions; - The most important being “Who am I?”
According to Dr Len, that is the most important question of creation, but unfortunately, most people don’t know who they are.
Dr Len said that if we know who we are, we would realize that we need to take 100% responsibility for everything we experience in our life, but that we cannot blame other people for not knowing this.

What Is A Problem?
The other thing we need to know, according to Dr Len is “What is a problem, and where is the problem?”
Dr Len says that all problems are a result of memories replaying in our subconscious mind, but that he does not deal with problems.

He says that we are all children of The Divine, and are an exact replica of The Divinity, which is at its natural state Void (clear) and Infinite, and that our job is to return to that original state of being clear, empty and Infinite.
So Ho’oponopono is about erasing and cleaning the block in our subconscious mind so that we can come back to zero/clarity, and that only out of that clarity can Divinity come in as inspiration.

Being Clear And Infinite
Dr Len says that every day he works on letting go of the blocks in his life, that keep him from being one with The Divine; - Which is to be Clear and Infinite.
Dr Len says that he does his Ho’oponopono cleaning so that he is clear and able to move through his life without experiencing hardships, anger, resentment, blame or problems.

Blame Doesn’t Work
Dr Len says that blame and saying “How Come?” doesn’t work in therapy, family or governments, but when we get back to Zero, then The Divinity can infuse our mind with whatever is perfect for us.
Dr Len says that he takes 100% responsibility for whatever he experiences as problem in the word, because he knows that the whole world is within him, and that as he changes by being 100% responsible and saying “I’m sorry”, the world changes too.

Moment By Moment Ho’oponopono Cleaning
Dr Len says that he drinks blue solar water moment by moment because it is another important Ho’oponopono cleaning tool.
From the moment that Dr Len gets up in the morning, until he goes to bed at night, he is staying with the Ho’oponopono cleaning, because he knows that erasing memories requires incessant Ho’oponopono cleaning.
He says that as we stop cleaning, we go ‘bonkers’ with the rest of the world.

Cleaning On People’s Names
Dr Len says that as people sign up for his weekend Ho’oponopono seminars, he works on their names before he enters the room.
He does this because he is attempting to reduce “piles of stuff” (memories and data in his subconscious mind) that he shares with other people. He says that if he doesn’t do this, he will show up at the class, and the class will go crazy and be stuck in thinking because he didn’t get ready for them.
Dr Len is always doing his Ho’oponopono cleaning – before, during and after he does anything.
Dr Len says that Divinity knows his connection with people he has not yet met, and whatever memories he has in common with them, and which memories are important for him to let go of.

Talking To The Divinity, Who Knows Everything
Dr Len says that Ho’oponopono is about talking to The Divinity, Who knows everything, and that he (Dr Len) is just making amends with The Divinity, because he doesn’t have any idea of what may be going on in him that is going to bug other people.
So Dr Len looks at The Divinity within himself which is The Source that knows everything, because he (Dr Len) knows nothing.
Dr Len went on to say that there is a part of us called “The Divine Creator”, and that Source knows what is going on. That is why we make an appeal, and that Source in us can cancel the information and data in our subconscious mind.

The Intellect Cannot Cancel Error Memories
Dr Len makes that point our intellect does not have the ability to cancel error memories in our subconscious mind because that is not its function.
The function of the intellect, according to Dr Len, is to make the choice of whether we are going to take 100% responsibility for everything we experience in our life (or not), and that he would like to be 100% responsible for whatever is in him that would bug other people.

Memories Make Decisions For Us
Dr Len made the point that there is enough research that proves that at any second, there are more than 11 million pieces of data going on, but that our conscious mind is only aware of 15 of them. (Tor Norretranders - The User Illusion)
He went on to say that it is scientifically proven that our conscious mind does not make our decisions, but that it is memories that that define our decisions for us.
Dr Len also said that it is memories that tell us to judge and have anger and resentment, and the conscious mind itself does not make decisions.

Allowing Divinity To Make Our Decisions
But Dr Len wants Divinity to make his decisions.
Dr Len says that we can’t serve two masters; memories making decisions and Divinity. We need to choose, and in order to have Divinity make the decisions for us, we need to have the memories in our subconscious mind cancelled.

Everyone Is Already Perfect
Dr Len stressed that everyone is already perfect, but what is imperfect is the data in our subconscious minds, and that is what we have got to work on.
Dr Len said that the world is within us, and by changing the world in us, we change everything.

Concert Master At The Symphony Orchestra
Dr Len used the analogy of the concert master at the symphony orchestra to explain the Ho’oponopono cleaning.
“The orchestra always tunes up before beginning, and this is what the Ho’oponopono cleaning is, because as we get tuned up, so does everyone else. But if we come in un-tuned, it is hell to pay, and we will feel pain”.
Dr Len says that as we change the data in us that we have in common with other people, The Divine erases it from us, and them too.
Dr Len concluded by asking: What kind of profound shift would the whole world experience if everyone took 100% responsibility for everything they experienced in their life and did not get caught up in blame?

Hooponopono and you

Ho'oponopono through self identity sums it up, "self." That means you. I have been doing research on ho'oponopono, and a lot of people waste time bickering over what ho'oponopono technique to use. Some say Dr. Hew Len, others say Mabel, others want to go back to the origins of ho'oponopono, and still others want to follow Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona.

My own personal thoughts are, you can do ho'oponopono however you like. If you get results with saying "I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you," over and over. Than keep doing that. Or if you get results from just saying, "I love you, I love you, I love you." Than go with that. Basically I think ho'oponopono is a connection between you and God, the more you let go, the more you will reach zero limits. If we waste our time on trying to find the correct method, you aren't cleaning, you are just doubting.

So my message is this, even if you haven't been to a seminar, and you've only read books on the subject, that's all you need. I haven't been to a seminar (one day I hope too), but I still practice ho'oponopono, and I still get results. Every day turns out to be a better day than the last. And since I've been doing this since December, I haven't really had a bad day. There have been difficult days, but that's when you really need to clean.

The most important thing of ho'oponopono is to erase the memories in your subconscious. So if using the eraser, EFT, blue solar water, blueberries, hot chocolate, or saying the mantras works for you. Than that is what is important.

I guess all these negative websites on ho'oponopono and the different ways, just means I need to clean more and harder.

Remember ho'oponopono is about letting go, trusting in God and just clearing your memories. Accept that you are 100% responsible for everything in your life. All the people, all your worries, everything. Once you have really done this, you are on your way.

I love you

More positive things happening with Hooponopono!

Like Joe Vitale says, let's make 2008, 2000 and great! It's off to a great year.

Before Christmas my apartment building had a leaky pipe that destroyed our closet and bathroom. Using ho'oponopono, I was able to calm down and almost find peace. Since than life has thrown everything at us. Our apartment (due to the damp water and open spaces) is now infested with ants, and mice. Lovely. By saying "I love you," over and over, I have managed to stay calm and not freak out.

Yesterday I was told that by the weekend we can move into our new unit. Yeah! This unit has brand new carpeting, brand new fridge and stove, and a new paint job. Plus Don (my fiancee) is going in there and sealing everything. I believe ho'oponopono has really helped bring me results otherwise who's to say how long we'd be stuck in our damp bug infested place.

My other example is, since September I've been telling my boss I am swamped and he needs to hire someone else. I'm an accountant by day, so my boss is all about the budget and cutting corners. I actually believed he'd never hire anyone. Than he came in today and said how he was going to hire someone, I'm shocked. Again I think this is ho'oponopono. I have been saying "I love you," over and over while I'm at work...

I also owe my success to my lovely silver necklace that Dr. Hew Len has cleaned, I strongly suggest getting some ho'oponopono cleaning tools to help you on your path. Check out http://www.intentionaltreasures.com/. Suzanne Burns is the founder, and she works closely with Joe Vitale.

Lastly, what I have started doing is writing a list of areas I want improved in my life. Than I get a pencil and use the eraser to tap each item while I accept 100% responsibility and clean that area. An example, I want a house. So I tap on "I want a house," and accept I am 100% responsible for everything in my life. I ask God to clear all memories that may be blocking me from getting a house. Than I repeat over and over "I love you, I'm sorry, I love you." I've just started doing this, but other people claim to have success. I'll have to keep you posted on that one.

Well I am excited to move this weekend into my new unit, I think I'll feel more calmer and at peace once I am out of bug haven.

Remember when times are tough, that's when you have to feel the love.

Ho'oponopono tools & resources

Ho'oponopono works is a blog that is geared to provide ho'oponopono tools and resources to anyone. I'm not going to charge a fee, because really everything is inside me including money. What do I need your money for? When I can just clean myself and my memories of money to be wealthy.

I started on my ho'oponopono quest near the end of November and already my life is changing for the better. It's not perfect, far from perfect, but whenever I do have something bad happen, now instead of feeling sorry for myself, or freaking out, I just say the mantras of "I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you." Sometimes I'll just say "I love you," over and over. A few sites I have read claim this is more powerful than repeating the four mantras over and over, but hey, I think it's up the individual.

Since Ho'oponopono is still so new, I do a lot of searching on the internet. There aren't a lot of books or resources out there. The ho'oponopono I am interested in is the self i-dentity through ho'oponopono. I actually made a mistake and bought a book on the old process where you need a facilitator. It was interesting to read how ho'oponopono came about, but I do prefer the self identity version. That way it's just me, and only me.

One site I did find was a guy who claimed he had discovered ho'oponopono by searching on the internet. Anyway he offers a book on his site for $20.00 USD. I thought this was a great deal, so I purchased the book. Too hasty on my part. Not only can you not print it out, it's a vault code, but the book is like six pages. That's six pages for $20.00. I complained and got my money back, but it got me to thinking...people are just using ho'oponopono information to make money. Again ho'oponopono is inside you. Whatever you are viewing in life is just a projection of what is in the inside. You are 100% responsible for your life. I know that's heavy, but just repeat over and over "I love you," and you'll be on your way to reaching zero limits.

I did want to give you a link to a powerful forum. This is a great ho'oponopono forum where you can learn what others are doing with ho'oponopono or their stories. Also great site to get you some more cleaning tools. Apparently cleaning tools are another guarded secret. But I am going to share everything I find, because I want to make this world a better place, and the more people who help me clean, the better the world shall be.

To check out the forum, go to http://www.powerfulintentions.com/forum/Hooponopono. The other forum I have found is http://www.thehooponoponoforum.com/. These are great resources to find more tools or stories of what has worked for people. I think what's important about Ho'oponopono is to always be researching, or reading to find out more. And to always be full of love. Connecting to zero limits is about love.
I'm sorry
I love you
Please forgive me
Thank you
Peace be with you!

Little miracles because of Hooponopono

I'm back. I just wanted to explain a little bit about my life and how ho'oponopono has changed it. It all started back in July 2007 when I watched the movie "The Secret," with Rhonda Byrnes, Joe Vitale and many more. Since than I have been on an amazing soul-reflecting journey.

My life has steadily improved. I believe in the power of positive thoughts, but now that I have learnt about ho'oponopono, I believe in the power of me being responsible for everything.

For Christmas we (my fiancee and I) got a bunch of gift certificates, one being to the theatre. I told my man this weekend I wanted to see National Treasure Book of Secrets, I love Nicolas Cage, and I love even more treasure hunts. He agreed. Well on Saturday, my guy could be no where to be found. Luckily we got cellphones for Christmas, so I called and called. When he did answer he said he would be home in awhile.

Four hours later he casually strolls in the door. By now I'm a wee bit upset. Now I have to say this is where ho'oponopono really helped. Normally I would be angry and really pissed if my guy did this to me when he knew we were having date night. But this time, I just said the phrases "I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me, and thank you," over and over in my head. Now it didn't make the anger go away, but it did help calm it.

We did go to the movies that night, and had a great time. The point is this, what used to drive me crazy livid, no longer does. Now when I notice that I am getting upset or angry, I take full responsibility. I am some how responsible for his actions, for him being late and inconsiderate. So I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you, and I love you. I repeat this over and over again. Sometimes it is very hard to do, as our memories are pretty vivid and it's easy to get caught up in them, but when I do catch myself, I clean.

Ho'oponopono is full of little miracles, it's best to look back a few weeks later and look at your good fortune. One thing for sure, it's made me stronger, more at peace, it now takes a lot more for me to get all upset and flustered. So for that I am thankful.

I have only been practicing Ho'oponopono for a month or so, and I have noticed a huge difference, I am excited to see what else is in store for me on my journey. And I am trying hard to swallow the pill of knowing I am 100% responsible for everything around me in this world. That's a hard one. Any time I pass someone who is rude or upset, I try to remember that something inside me, caused this person to be this way. It's a huge reminder that it's time to clean.

One thing that has helped me on my journey is ordering an audio recording of Joe Vitale saying three mantras over and over. I listen to this any time I'm going to bed, or reading. It helps me remind myself to clean, and it's soothing.

http://www.milagroresearchinstitute.com/iloveyou.htm

I think he charges like $9.99, but it's worth it. You get a 12 minute audio of Joe repeating the mantras. I recorded it on my mp3 player three times so I get almost a 30 minute version. I find it's beneficial when I'm trying to unwind and go to sleep.

Check it out and happy cleaning!

Ho'oponopono Cleaning Tools

The main ho'oponopono cleaning tools is the mantra; "I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you." By saying this over and over you are clearing the data or memories in your mind. If you are having a problem, say money is scarce, say to yourself, "I accept responsibility for having no money. There is something inside me causing this problem. I am sorry, I love you, please forgive me and thank you." Repeat this over and over to clear whatever memories or feelings you have regarding money.

Another cleaning tool I have read about is the eraser tool. That's where you use a pencil with an eraser and tap on the item you want to clean. This can be a book, a computer, yourself, or anything. You tap whenever you walk by, you can repeat the cleaning mantra, or just tap. When you tap on the item you are cleaning it way back to when it was created. Some people claim just using an eraser works the same way. I use this from time to time. For example, I don't like my thighs so I am always taping the eraser on them saying "I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me and thank you."

Blue solar water is a big cleaning tool. Mabel Katz in her book gives you instructions on how to make it, and Dr. Len Hew drinks like a few litres a day. The more you drink it, the more it erases those memories or data and brings you to your child-like mind. To make it, you need a blue glass or bottle. Any shade of blue will do. You put it in the sun for an hour, or under a lamp. If you are just using a glass, you need to cover the top with anything but metal, as bugs and others are attracted to this pure water. Once it's been in the sun for an hour, or a lamp it is pure and you can drink it, rinse with it, cook with it, shower with it, or put it in the fridge for later. I like to give some to my dog, as I've found it's helped make him calmer. A drop of this blue solar water will purify any container you add it too. I try to drink a glass a day. Once I drank some when I was upset, and just drinking the glass helped me to feel a lot calmer.

Food items like hot chocolate, strawberries and blueberries are also great and help clear memories. You can eat them however you like. Actually you can eat any food, and as long as you clean on it, it'll help clean you.

Ice Blue. When I read Mabel Katz's book she mentioned that whenever you are upset about something, repeat "Ice blue," over and over in your mind and you'll feel better. I've tried it and it does work. One day at work I was stressed and near tears, and I just kept repeating "ice blue," and I started to feel better. This helps you heal and clean.

Dewdrop is another big one. If you find yourself really upset or afraid of something, like public speaking, flying, driving etc, repeat "Dewdrop." Again this has worked for me. It seems silly to repeat some words over and over, but don't knock it till you try it.

Check back often, as I plan to update this list from time to time.

Happy cleaning!

And remember whenever you are around a problem, you are 100% responsible for it. Something inside you is causing this problem. Clean on it and accept that you are responsible.

Ho'oponopono works!

Hi, I'm back. I hope everyone had a happy new year. Mine was great. I went on a trip up north to Sudbury, Ontario in Canada. Usually travelling stresses me out, especially because I have a hyper dog (he doesn't do well around a lot of people or kids), but not this time.

I started giving Blackjack (my dog), blue solar water on a daily basis, or just sprinkling it on him. Since I've started (beginning of Dec), I've noticed that he seems a lot calmer. He's a Parson Russell Terrier, so he's similar to a jack russell, hyper active. Even on the trip he was a lot calmer than he usually is.

While away, anytime I did start to feel stressed out I just asked myself what I was doing to create this, and I took full responsibility. I than repeated in my head, "I'm sorry, I love you, please forgive me, thank you." And you know I had a fantastic trip. We were gone a week, and we didn't have one incident. And that's rare for me travelling.

My other great piece of news is finding http://www.intentionaltreasures.com/ this is a site geared to selling ho'oponopono cleaning tools. The products are made by constantly cleaning, and are great quality. After reading Zero Limits by Joe Vitale, (see side link) I decided I wanted something to constantly remind me to clean, what better than a necklace. Every time I would see it, or feel it, it would remind me to clean.

I ordered the necklace in the middle of December, by January 3, it had arrived. I was pleased. It's a beautiful necklace made out of sterling silver and has the four mantras carved around it. What surprised me was that Suzanne Burns (founder of the site), had written me a nice little letter and thrown in a silk coaster which has cleaning energy. Apparently you just place your blue glass underneath the coaster and gives you a blessing.

What really impressed me was how thoughtful Suzanne was, throwing in the free coaster and writing me a nice letter. When I read the letter I was even more thrilled. Joe Vitale and Dr. Len Hew had another gathering called Zero Limits II in Maui. She had brought my necklace to Dr. Len Hew and he had cleaned on it. Can you believe it? Now I am wearing this wonderful necklace that will always have this cleaning energy.

I was so thrilled I wrote Suzanne to thank her and provided her with a testimonial. She wrote back like ten minutes later and gave me even more information and is even going to link my blog to her site. How nice is that?

So my point is this, ho'oponopono really does work. At the time small miracles happen, you might not notice them, but that's God working. Your job is just to always be cleaning.

Happy Cleaning!
